Privacy

We keep as little as we can. Your questions and answers are not stored unless you turn history on.

Your questions and photos

When you ask something, the calculator sends the question (or the photos) to our server, which passes it to the model you chose at OpenAI, Anthropic or Google and sends the answer back. Your reply language, custom instructions and active documents go with it. We ask OpenAI not to store the request. Each provider's own policy covers what it does with requests.

We don't keep the question, the photos or the answer, unless history is on (below). For follow-up questions the calculator itself sends the last few rounds of the conversation; the server doesn't keep them.

The usage log (always on, no content)

For every request we record: which calculator, when, which model and reasoning level, text or photo, how many photos, whether web search was on, the number of tokens, what it cost us, how many credits it cost you, and whether it worked. The usage log never contains the question, the photos or the answer. It is what the dashboard's usage page and the daily limits are built from.

History (off unless you turn it on)

History is off by default, and while it is off nothing is stored. If you turn it on in the dashboard:

• the text of each question and answer, and any note you added to a photo, is kept for 30 days, then deleted;
• for photo questions, the photos the calculator sent are kept only for the last 5 photo questions and only for 24 hours, so you can view them and re-ask with another preset or model. The calculator's own instructions for that question are kept with them for the same time. Older photos are deleted.

Notes are never written to the usage log.

Delete everything at any time with one button. Turning history off also deletes everything that was kept.

Your account

• Your email address, to sign you in and send sign-in links. No password.
• Your settings: model, reasoning level, web search, reply language, and your answer presets.
• Documents you add, until you delete them. Only the text is stored: the file itself is read in your browser and never uploaded.
• Your calculators, their names, and when each was last seen.
• Sign-in sessions, stored as a one-way hash, until they expire or you sign out.

Payments

Payments go through Stripe. We never see your card number. We keep the Stripe payment reference, the amount, what was bought and which calculator or account it was for.

Support messages

A message from the support form is stored only until it has been emailed to us, then deleted from the server. The email itself stays in our inbox so we can reply.

Spam checks

The sign-in and support forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser and IP address to tell people from bots.

Cookies

One cookie, to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics scripts.

Deleting your data

Delete history and documents from the dashboard. To delete your account, contact support.
